Polikatikia / concept

"Polikatikia" is located on the island of Karpathos and consists of six family residences.

Given the extensive programmatic requirements, the project was conceived as a composition of six distinct volumes that adapt to the scale of the area. These volumes are subtly shifted from strict orthogonality, creating a dynamic spatial relationship that allows access to the complex while simultaneously framing diverse visual corridors toward the sea.
